Everyday K9 Solutions - Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Everyday K9 Solutions for your dog training needs. We are committed to providing high-quality training and achieving results for you and your dog. Please carefully review our updated refund policy below to understand our terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Assessment and Consultation

  • Full refunds are available for initial assessments and consultations if cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The cancellation must be made by a phone call or text message with confirmation by Everyday K9 Solutions.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after the appointment has started. A 'no-show' is defined as arriving more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Deposits

  • All training programs, including Board and Train, private in-home lessons, group classes, day training, reactivity and aggression training packages, require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • The deposit amount is 50% of the total program cost and is non-refundable unless Everyday K9 Solutions cancels the program or session. The remaining balance for the program is due at the date of drop off / pick-up for board and training program or by the date we begin our first in-person session.
  • Deposits cover administrative costs, scheduling, reserved training slots, and preparation of customized training materials, which are provided upon booking.

Training Programs and Prepaid Packages

  • Once a training program or prepaid package is booked and the first session is scheduled (i.e., commencement), no refunds will be issued for any portion of the program or package, including unused sessions.
  • Commencement is defined as the date the first session is scheduled, regardless of whether the session is attended, as this reserves trainer time and resources for the entire program.
  • Training materials provided upon booking (e.g., customized plans, handouts, or videos) are considered part of the program, and their delivery constitutes commencement of services.
  • This policy applies to all programs, including but not limited to:
    • Board and Train programs

    • Private in-home lessons

    • Group classes

    • Day training

    • Reactivity & Aggression training packages

Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule an assessment, consultation, or training session up to two times, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session by a phone call or text message with confirmation by Everyday K9 Solutions.
  • Additional rescheduling requests or late notices (less than 48 hours) may incur a $50 rescheduling fee to cover administrative and scheduling costs.
  • Rescheduling does not alter the non-refundable nature of deposits or prepaid packages once the program has commenced.

Exceptions

  • In the unlikely event that Everyday K9 Solutions cancels a program or session, a full refund will be issued for the canceled service, including any deposit.
  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies or unforeseen surrenders), Everyday K9 Solutions may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit toward future services. Such requests must be submitted in writing by email to Dautovic.AD@gmail.com with supporting documentation and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within (3-5 business days) to the original payment method.
